Nafisa Sayeeda
Co-Chief Executive Officer

Nafisa is proud and excited to serve as Co-CEO this year, alongside Jillian Hoglan. She is currently a senior majoring in Business Information Technology with a double minor in International Business and Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Formerly, she has served as the VP of Sponsorships and has been with CWIB for almost four years now. This past summer she worked as a Business & Data Intern for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Nafisa is looking forward to fostering meaningful relationships with members and continuing to help CWIB grow.

Jillian Hoglan

Co-Chief Executive Officer

Jillian is excited to serve alongside Nafisa Sayeeda as this year's Co-CEOs. She is a senior double majoring in Business Information Technology, and Management Consulting and Analytics. Last semester she studied International Business, Sustainable Development, and Strategic Management at the University of St Andrews in Scotland this spring before interning virtually at NetApp as a professional services intern. This is her fourth year in CWIB, she previously served on the leadership team as the Chief Development Officer. Emma Roby​
Chief Development Officer

Emma is so excited to be serving as CWIB's Chief Development Officer this academic year. Emma is a junior at Virginia Tech majoring in Finance and will be completing an internship with the Royal Bank of Canada in the summer of 2021 in NYC with the hopes of securing a full time position in the Investment Banking field post-graduation. Emma served as VP of Treks last school year and is excited to take on the role of CDO as she continues to help grow the organization's network and create value through treks and mentorships programs for all members. She can't wait for the school year to begin to start connecting with everyone! Apart from CWIB, Emma is actively involved in SEED and Hokie Ambassadors.

Lina Al Taii
Chief Operating Officer


Lina is a junior majoring in Business Information Technology and Human Resources Management. This is her third year in CWIB, and last year she served as the VP of Administration. Her first year, she also served on the CWIB Chronicles as a writer. She is planning to intern with KPMG in Summer 2021 and hopes to work full time in Federal Technology Advisory. Outside of CWIB, she also works as a Resident Advisor in Pritchard Hall. She is incredibly excited to plan events for members and create meaningful experiences through CWIB.

Snigdha Sangisetti​
Chief Marketing Officer


Snigdha is proud to serve as CWIB’s Chief Marketing Officer for the 2020-2021 school year! She is a senior majoring in Computational Modeling and Data Analytics (CMDA). This past summer, she worked as a CTO Group Intern at Octo Consulting Group where she implemented an ML-based search solution. In addition to being a general member, she has previously served as the VP of Marketing and VP of Technology. Snigdha will responsible for maintaining and improving the organization’s brand identity. She hopes to utilize her past leadership and work experience to take CWIB forward, give back to the CWIB community, and continue empowering, preparing, and connecting more women in business. Emma Sedlack

Chief Financial Officer

Emma Sedlack is a senior majoring in Finance (concentrations in Corporate and Risk Management and Banking) and minoring in International Business. This is her fourth year of CWIB, and last year she served as VP Philanthropy. Emma is so excited to take on the roll as CFO this year! She is planning to develop this years' budget, streamline finance processes across all departments, and put into place more secure risk controls. This past summer Emma was a Federal Financial Management intern for KPMG. CWIB holds a close place in her heart and she is excited for what this year has to hold with such an awesome exec team.
