Mina Cho
VP of Treks
I'll be a senior majoring in Business Information Technology. I am excited to see how we will take treks and other CWIB business virtual, and I am looking forward to expanding the scope of treks this year because there is so much mobility with things being online. I want CWIB to continue being a place for women to support women, and I am glad I get to serve on leadership this year!

Kate Taylor
VP of Mentorship
Kate is a junior majoring in Finance and minoring in PPE. She is eager to serve as the VP of Mentorship this year for CWIB. Since freshman year, she has been involved as both a member and a mentor. Kate is beyond thrilled to continue to foster relationships between mentors and mentees within CWIB and organize creative bonding events. She looks forward to her advisory internship next summer with KPMG in Tysons, VA. In addition to CWIB, Kate serves as a member of the logistics committee for the Business Horizon’s executive planning team and is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. She is so excited to support CWIB's growth and uphold its pillars.
Operations

Allison Wood
VP of Operations
Allison is a senior double majoring in Management, with a concentration in Consulting & Analytics, and Marketing. This is her second year serving as the VP of Operations and she is excited to help put on beneficial, empowering events for our members! Allison was a writer for the CWIB Chronicles prior to taking on VP of Operations. This past summer, Allison worked as a Solution Sales intern for IBM. She knew she wanted to try to intern for IBM after visiting their New York City office and meeting with executives on a CWIB trek! Allison is also a student in the Virginia Tech Honors College and is always available to assist CWIB members in any way possible, whether that be academically, professionally, or personally. Allison is proud to be a part of CWIB and cannot wait for a fantastic year with all our members!

Caroline Macri
VP of Administration
Caroline is a junior majoring in Business Information Technology with a minor in Business Leadership. She is so excited to serve as CWIB’s VP of Administration this year! She has been a member of CWIB since freshman year, so she understands the importance of coordinating activities that truly empower CWIB’s community. She is looking forward to providing these events that guide CWIB women to believe in their capabilities, seek new opportunities, and support one another! Caroline spent this past summer as a Solutions Engineer Intern at NetApp and is eager to land another internship for summer of 2021 in a new city. Outside of CWIB, Caroline is on the Publicity Committee for Business Horizons and volunteers with College Mentors for Kids. You can also find her walking backwards around campus as an upbeat Hokie Ambassador! Caroline is proud to be a part of CWIB’s inspiring community and is excited to meet incoming members at events this fall.

Abby Riggs
VP of Showcase
Abby Riggs is a senior studying Business Management with a focus in Consulting. She is honored to currently serve as CWIB’s VP of Power Panel for the 2020-21 academic year. This role puts together our largest event of the year, featuring impressive panelists and providing highly beneficial advice and networking opportunities for our members. Abby has been a part of CWIB since the first semester of her freshman year, writing for CWIB Chronicles and previously serving as VP of Philanthropy and VP of Power Panel. CWIB has played such a major role in her college experience and she is grateful to have found her post-grad job as a Protiviti consultant in NYC through CWIB networking. Shannon Kelly
VP of Technology
Shannon is excited to serve as the VP of Technology for the fall semester! She is currently a junior majoring in Marketing Managment with a minor in International Business. This past summer Shannon has worked as a social media strategist for Aspire Marketing Agency. She also works as a digital media coordinator for Zeppoli's right here in Blacksburg as well as a Comm lab coach in Newman Library. Shannon is so excited to help contribute to CWIB as a leader and as a woman in business!

Emma Harwood
Editor-in-Chief, "CWIB Chronicles"
Emma is a senior majoring in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise with a concentration in Dietetics. This is her second year serving as EIC and she is excited to grow the blog further to keep empowering, preparing, and connecting professional women in CWIB. Outside of CWIB, Emma holds several positions at McComas Gym, serves as Treasurer of Student Nutrition and Dietetics Association, and works with VT Athletics in the Nutrition Oasis. This past summer Emma worked as a dietetic intern with Kelly's Choice Nutritional Company in New York. She is eager to apply her knowledge in nutrition and business to CWIB by helping the organization's members prioritize their health, encourage their goals, and inspire them to make lasting connections.
Finance

Cindy Mazari
VP of Finance
I am a rising sophomore majoring in BIT with a concentration in Cybersecurity Management and Analytics and a minor in Leadership and Social Change. I am very excited to be assisting the CFO in creating a budget as well as helping other members for the organization run smoothly. Through this position, I hope to expand my leadership skills and learn more about the business industry outside the classroom. In addition, I am involved with the Alpha Delta Pi sorority, where I have gained skills that will help me in this position. In this role, my goal is to empower and inspire women while always creating a welcoming environment.

Kriti Ganotra
VP of Sponsorship
Kriti is a Business Information Technology major and a Data & Decisions minor, excited to lead sponsorship for CWIB this year! She is fairly new to CWIB, but is passionate about taking the organization's sponsorship efforts to a new level. In the past, she's held various internships in cybersecurity, project management, and consulting, but most recently interned at EY as a Technology Consulting Intern last summer in the New York City office. Aside from CWIB, she's involved with The Consulting Group and holds leadership positions with SheHacksVT, AWC, and BKB. Feel free to reach out to her with any questions, ideas, or just to chat!

Sraavani Jayanti
Philanthropy Chair
Sraavani is a junior majoring in Business Information Technology and minoring in Organizational Leadership. Along with supporting the CFO, she is excited to organize CWIB's month of service, plan service projects for our wonderful members, and connect with the community! Amazed at all the work CWIB does to support and empower women, Sraavani knew this was the organization and position that would help further her passion towards community service! Outside of CWIB, Sraavani is also involved in organizations such as PLDT, SIA, and PUMP. Although we aren't sure how this year will go, Sraavani is thrilled to see what amazing things CWIB will do. She is looking forward to meeting and connecting with all of you this year (safely, of course), so do not hesitate to reach out to her for anything!
