POWER PANEL 2018

Collegiate Women in Business is proud to present their annual Power Panel. Every year a number of panelists from reputed companies are invited to discuss topics ranging from starting their careers to the difficulties they've overcome as women in the workforce, and all students are invited to attend. This will provide an excellent insight to the world of business and serve as an opportunity to network with these accomplished women and learn their stories.

Transportation will be provided - buses are picking up from Cassell Coliseum every 15 minutes from 5-7 PM

Brittany Jacks

Associate Consultant at Microsoft

Graduated from VT in 2012

Major: Finance, Financial Accounting

Brittany  is a technical consultant for Microsoft, where she works within the Azure and Identity space, for both public and commercial sectors.  Prior to joining Microsoft, Brittany did her graduate internship at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, where she had the opportunity to work directly on the technical projects pertaining to the Fair Lending Act.

Danielle Fazio

Associate Consultant at Microsoft

Graduated from VT in 2012

Major: Finance, Financial Accounting

Manager at EY

Graduated from VT in 2010

Major: Accounting

Danielle is a manager in the EY Tysons office with over 7 years of professional experience providing audit and attest services to clients in the Financial Services industry with a focus in private equity/asset management. She is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of a multi-national public company audit, which involves handling multiple technically complex and/or specialized issues.

Kerry Wekelo

Managing Director Culture Infusion at Actualize Consulting

Graduated from VT in 1997

Major: Finance and Marketing

As Managing Director of Human Resources and Operations for Actualize Consulting since 2005, author Kerry Alison Wekelo brings us a front-row seat perspective on her experiences, blending her corporate knowledge with her mindful wisdom in her latest book Culture Infusion.

Jay Veeramachaneni

Cyber Risk Consultant at Deloitte

Graduated from VT in 2016

Major: BIT

Jay is a Federal Cyber-Risk Consultant at Deloitte, currently wrapping up her 2nd year with the firm. She is a Virginia Tech alumni and graduated with a BIT degree in December 2015. During her time at Tech, she was a Pamplin Ambassador and heavily involved with both Beta Alpha Psi and the Pamplin Leadership Development Team. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Jay also completed an externship and internship with Deloitte, during her sophomore and junior years, respectively.
